Dear Lowcountry AHEC Live Program Participants

Base upon the current number of lower positive cases per day and the positivity rates in our area as well as the new CDC guidelines, Lowcountry AHEC will be removing the current mask mandate effective March 14th. Participants who are unvaccinated, those with pre-existing conditions, those who may be adversely affected by COVID-19, and those who feel safer wearing a mask, are encouraged to wear masks for their own protection. Lowcountry AHEC will continue to monitor for any new variants or COVID surges and will make changes based on this new information.
Please read and follow directions when participating:
- Participants who are unvaccinated, those with pre-existing conditions, those who may be adversely affected by COVID-19, and those who feel safer wearing a mask, are encouraged to wear masks.
- Lowcountry AHEC will provide hand sanitizer for use during the class to perform hand hygiene.
- If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 (respiratory infection, elevated temperature, cough, nausea, etc.), DO NOT attend this live class. Please communicate with LCAHEC (843-782-5052) and you will be refunded any fees you have paid.
